AprilVines.com strives to make our customer’s journey as smooth as possible right from the moment the order has been placed till the product is delivered to your doorstep in fresh condition.

Customer satisfaction is our prime focus and you can return the product ONLY at the time of delivery if you are not content with the freshness or the quality of the product.

We will take the product back and issue a refund for the FULL value of the “returned” products, which will either be credited to your account or adjusted in your invoice in case of cash on delivery. The refund processing of the payment made using credit or debit card, may take 3-5 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank system.
