PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

VIGNES D’AVRIL STORES accept payment via transfer upon delivery or through this site by debit cards or credit cards. All purchases, both local and imported items will be billed in Naira for all products and services.

All online purchases are also governed by the Terms and Conditions of the respective third party merchant provider who provides the products that are seen on the site.

VIGNES D’AVRIL STORES holds out no promises or warranties with regards to the advertised prices of any products sold on this site or otherwise by VIGNES D’AVRIL STORES. All change, and only become final once payment is made by the consumer.

By making payment for our products or services on our website, all details that you, as the consumer, are prompted and required to submit will be provided via a secured connection. VIGNES D’AVRIL STORES holds out no promises or warranties with regards to any breaches of the secured connection that were not to VIGNES D’AVRIL STORES knowledge.

 

RETURN POLICY

   Under our refund policy, our customers can return the product at the time of delivery, if due to some reasons they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take back the product and issue a refund for the value of the returned product, which will either be credited to the customer’s account or adjusted the invoice in case of cash on delivery.

   Please note, the pre-cut items are not included under the ‘Refund and Return Policy’.

         You as a customer can cancel your order up to 6PM a day before your delivery date by calling 07040808341. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by customer for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction which defies our Terms and Conditions of using the website, we at our own sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

DELIVERY

Once the order has been placed on our site, an estimated delivery time will be provided to the customer. If an item is not in the stock at the time of the delivery, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer and the amount of the unavailable item will be refunded, as per the original mode of payment.
