Under our refund policy, our customers can return the product at the time of delivery, if due to some reasons they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take back the product and issue a refund for the value of the returned product, which will either be credited to the customer’s account or adjusted the invoice in case of cash on delivery.

Please note, the pre-cut items are not included under the ‘Refund and Return Policy’.

You as a customer can cancel your order up to 6PM a day before your delivery date by calling 07040808341.

In such a case we will refund any payments already made by customer for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction which defies our Terms and Conditions of using the website, we at our own sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
